  15. It was the second year we retnted an appartment. A lot of problems with the internet. We paid a lot of money for the connection, an the whole week it was not working. The end inspection also was very confused. The person who had to inspect and to recuperate the keys was more than 1,5 hour to late, and that after 4 telephone calls. So we missed our fligt to Brussels. I hi-ope you understand that we were very unhappy. In fevruary 2015 we come again to CapeTown, but no more to this appartment. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  16. The help from staff was great, people were friendly and helpful unfortunately the property was woefully lacking for the hefty price tag. We could have rented an enormous villa in France for less than we paid which would have been in much better condition. We were really disappointed - in fact it ruined the trip for us as we constantly felt like we had to be out of the house!
