      I have been advised that the property managing company of Casablanca has offered a 20% refund, to the value of R3290, for all the issued faced during your stay.
      Once they pay it over to us, we will ensure to have it refunded to you immediately. My accounts lady advised that she will have it refunded to the card which was used to make the payment.

THANK YOU LAUREN AND EVERYONE WE LOVED OUR LITTLE APARTMENT IN CAMPS BAY AND WILL DEFINITELY USE YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE Our only objection was to the baby creche that was right in front of the apartment.   19. ComeToCapeTown was always very present to assist, reply questions, give feedback, for the checkin and so on. The issues were with the Villa, where light bulbs were missing, bluetooth wasn't working, towels weren't ready for use, pool wasn't heated as promised, one set of keys wasn't working, and the house wasn't well cleaned overall, at the beginning nor after daily service, because the cleaning lady didn't make any effort to clean it except making up beds and putting dishes in the dish washer. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  25. The flat was beautiful and clean. The only issue was the Friday when I had to clean and do dishes at 17h00 when I was supposed to be resting before the marathon. The team from NOX were helpful and got the kids a way of watching movies through streaming via internet. Then the broken washing machine and microwave, understandably something that could not have been predicted. Other than that, it was a good stay. – How would you describe our performance overall?

      Thank you for submitting your feedback.

      Once again, I'd like to apologise for the inconvenience this mistake caused on your holiday.

      Since we last met, we have been under the impression that this situation was resolved when we compensated you with 10% (R8000) of your booking as per your suggestion? You mentioned this would be a fair solution for us all. We had also previously presented you with a 10% voucher off your next booking with us.

      We did our utmost best to rectify the situation for you as it was an unfortunate human error on my part. The options we did suggest as possible alternative options, weren't interesting to you. so We really did in fact do all we possibly could to apologise for our mistake.

      While you did pay for the correct apartment that you stayed in, I had sent you the incorrect pictures by accident as the two apartment names were almost identical apart from one word.

      I sincerely hope that you would consider booking with us next time so that we would be able to show you the excellent booking service our guests receive on a day-to-day basis.

  32. The reception was not good! Te alarmsystem was explained to us very fast. No written instruction concerning the alarmsystem. Poor light in the kitchen. 4 wineglasses for nine people! First after several reminders did we get extra glasses after 4-5 days. The pool was not cleaned the first 3 days with a floating chips bag when we arrived which we took out ourselves after 4 days..   38. Booking was relatively easy but the payment part can be a bit confusing for US residents. The views in the accommodation were wonderful. Couple of issues we had with Sunset Cove. The sink in the mid level hall was not in working order so had to make a maintenance call to get that fixed. We just had our girls use our bathroom as an alternative. Also the AC was misleading. The unit in the family room area worked great as well as the one upstairs that we didn't really use but lack of AC in the bedrooms was a huge downer for us. The West setting sun really heated up those rooms on the middle level and they were hot even with shades drawn. The single rickety little fan was not enough to cool the room especially when you are provided down comforters for sleeping. Also I had problems with the master room bed and my back hurting. This happens to me when a bed is more worn out. Specific to me of course and probably would be fine for others. The layout was otherwise cute and perfect spacing for our family with the bunk room and the other room with the two twins. We could not park our van in the garage so had to hike up an down the complex every time we left. Its a steep hill! Also I was surprised that there were no paper towels provided. Every time we have ever rented in the US paper towels were provided. Also we tried the washer and dryer. Washer worked fine but the dryer never would dry our clothes properly. Not sure what we were doing wrong but we left with wet clothes. – How would you describe our performance overall?
